My Bad: I've misplaced some bids and this form has been sending to the wrong email address (date: April 19, 2004). If you've made a bid and your team is not listed above -I may have even replied -, please submit again. Don't panic and please accept my apologies; I'll remember you and I promise you a spot.

N.B. Most likely we will be able to accommodate every team that tenders a bid. In the event that it is not possible to do so, bids at Solstice will be allocated according to distance traveled and previous attendance.  You team fees will be returned in their entirety should be we unable to accommodate your bid.  In the event of catastrophe (i.e. the event is cancelled at the last minute, one have of your funds will be returned, the balance will be retained as a deposit to cover sunk event costs.
